My house has a wooden trim on the outside and, possibly due to a design fault, several of the ends of the eaves under the various roofs, have deteriorated due to rain ingress.
Asked for photo’s so they understood the job; provided very competitive quote; came when they said they would, and completed and cleared up on the day. No extra’s, no delays, and handled some unexpected issues very well. In my Black Book!
