I need these jobs doing at a house in Dagenham IG11

- Paint kitchen, lounge, Hall, stairs, bedroom in white silk (MUST PROTECT FLOORING ON ALL VINYL AREAS)
- Paint doors and architrave white gloss in bedroom, kitchen, hall, stairs and lounge
- Replace the handles and ensure working on the front door
- Whiten the grouting using a whitener or diluted white paint
- Fit the curved shower pole
- Cement the patio slabs in the fire place
- Fit a bolt to the bathroom door
- Cut and carefully fit the static cling window covering
- Secure the porch sub roof panel
- replace the damaged sink waste pipe on the exterior
- Source and fit new door handles to 2 interior doors
- Replace broken plug sockets

Important Notes
- We are happy to pay a deposit, but can only do so by credit card/debit card
- We will issue a contract with all details on and about payments
- We are happy to pay the remainder of the balance by bank transfer
- We will provide the materials
- You must protect the floor on the ground floor of the unit
- we have to see the finished job before we can pay you.
