Flooded last July and insurance company has dried it out and checked for asbestos n the kitchen/dining room. Need to replace rotten floorboards, including checking under kitchen units, to be replaced. And finally put wooden flooring throughout the lower floor. It’s only a small mid terrace house in Worcester Park. Insurance company need a quote and should pay up!,
They did an excellent job, only took the time they said and were very careful not to damage anything and moved the furniture carefully. They always cleaned up as they went along and were friendly and efficient.
