Leaking pipes and fun times

It's our plan to have the bathroom replaced, but in the meantime, the pipework is in insanely awful condition. We have several leaks in the bathroom (mostly pipes to do with the loo) and have to kayak our way to the tub most days!

Then the washer went on the cold tap on the sink, and neither of us can shift the blessed thing, so it's constantly running, which isn't going to make us popular in these times of drought.

So immediate job: fix the tap and assess the pipework. Can the leaks be fixed? Do we need to replace all the pipework? Can this be done before a new bathroom is fitted? Or should we get the whole lot done together? Do you fit bathrooms too?
