I needed some windows adjusted as they were not sealing properly against the main frame.
Vygo came out late on a Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem as poorly fitted friction hinges. A week later on a Saturday afternoon he came again and fitted replacement hinges - problem now solved.
He always turned up when he said he would, was always polite and helpful - a joy to have working in my house.
