Reconfiguration of Bathroom & Toilet to provide 2 Bathrooms

We want to turn an existing Family Bathroom and separate Toilet into one area (knocking down the wall between) and then we want to take 3' of an existing bedroom and in the new space put 1 x En-Suite Bathroom and 1 x Smaller Family Bathroom. Then full fitting out of 2 complete bathrooms
