The list of work details:
- kitchen and ceiling paint including some plastering
- kitchen tiles work only partial as Color will be used
- kitchen flooring
- kitchen radiator change location from one side to another
Small Bathroom
- toilet set up
- need to check properly, that basin will fit or do I need basin above toilet
- check the shower, probably need new shower tray,
- need to know about tilling in Bathroom
- there is some colouring needed the room after completion of bathroom
- door installation for bathroom
Other works
- complete living room flooring (few square feet are not completed)
- complete hallway flooring
- Change the radiator in living room to another location.
Other small works probably need to do.
This is all we need for clarification.
