replace sink waste pipe

We are leaseholders living on the ground floor of a three storey block of flats owned by Clarion Housing. The property dates from around 1960. The problem is with the waste pipe in under the kitchen sink that runs to the communal stack. This is an old metal pipe that has now corroded and has a hole in it meaning all water now floods the kitchen. There is a kitchen unit to the right that covers access to the end of the waste pipe where it enters the wall and the rear of this unit will need to be cut away to allow replacement to take place. There will not be an expectation for any holes made in the rear of the unit to be made good. We are both pensioners in our 70's with mobility problems so I am no longer able to tackle this job myself.
Positive Review for Jaymanzi Services Ltd on 31st Dec 2022
5 star service from Jay, he arrived when he said and, although the job turned out trickier than we thought at first he still held to his initial quote with just a (small) additional charge for extra materials. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him and will be contacting him in the new year re some electrical work.
