Tom was excellent. A hard-working, communicative and knowledgeable tradesman. When we bought our Victorian house, we discovered catastrophic damp issues in and outside the kitchen. Tom took on this work without any qualms. He knew the best way to treat the many problems that were specific to our house (building an aco channel and injecting a damp course outside, stripping and treating/replastering inside). He was quick, tidy, and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
