Rehang small ceiling + secure ceiling plasterboards

Remove suspended ceiling and refit plasterboards at the original ceiling height. The ceiling is a small area in the entrance hall and has a light in it. The beam contains some old wet rot and might need treating or have a new section spliced in. Upstairs some plasterboard have come loose from the beams and need to be fixed.
