Replace toilet bowl, sink and bath taps & close off overflow

Need bathroom sink taps replaced.
Hot and cold shower mixer taps replacing old bath taps.
Toilet bowl replaced.
Also need overflow in kitchen tightened up or looked at. As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow.
Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.
