Fix 3 holes in garage and cover open area at the back

1) To apply expanded foam on top of the back wall of the garage, to close the gaps between roof and wall.
2) To enclose the two holes in the concrete panels that are at ground level. Presumably, two cement boards to be secured internally over these.
3) To cut the damaged fascia board at the roof level of the garage - top right hand side - and replace with a new L shape fascia board. This damaged fascia board has come loose and reveals a gap in the garage.
