Fixed crumbling brickwork on doorstep

My back doorstep has 2 steps
The slabs on the top are fine but the bricks underneath are crumbling and as a result the steps are uneven and wobbly / dangerous
Looking for someone who can re-do the brickwork underneath and relay the slabs back on top
Any help greatly appreciated!
