Small terraced out, currently rented out, there is a leak (small one) making the ceiling damp. Leak probably comes from the T junction between bathtube and sink. Access will probably need to be gained from the ceiling, but ideally we would want a less invasive operation.
4 spot lights were installed and different colours were switched between for me to select what is most appropriate for my sight. I did see the selections when Peabody’s electrician was fitting the lighting but the wrong one was chosen and I’ve been regretting it ever since. I am well aware of the extent of the job and it is the limited pride I still have, which sees me avoid requesting Peabody adjust the lighting again. A quote for the job would be much appreciated.
