2 up 2 down house with a very small hall landing & stairs (4.5m from front door to top of stairs wall) needs wallpapering. 80% of the existing wallpaper has been removed only the area that is out of reach is left to remove. The condition of the walls is pretty much ready to line.
2nd job would like a white picket fence around the front wall of the house on top of existing brick wall.
Would also like a triangular box on top of current flat lintel above front door and trellis on the sides to form a porch like structure.
3rd job may require an electrician but have some outside lights that need wiring on front of house.
4th job reposition light pendant in master bedroom to middle of ceiling.
5th job securely fix curtain rail in lounge to wall (wall seems impenetrable to normal drill!)
