David Simmons is professional, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. His quote was fair and he completed the work as budgeted and on schedule. He did a thorough and meticulous job (preparing with masking tape, filling cracks and using plenty of dust sheets). The finished walls and woodwork are perfect. He also cleaned and vacuumed before he left. Lastly he did his own snag list as he went so there was nothing that needed a return visit. I will definitely use David again in the future.
