The down pipe/gutter at the front of our house (and shared with our neighbour) is, we assume, blocked as when there is heavy rain water comes over the edge and down our brickwork. We need someone to come and assess what needs doing and give a sensible price for fixing it. The only other complication is that the down pipe goes into the ground rather than a gutter...
Really nice bloke :-) He very efficiently was able to correctly diagnose the problem (which wasn't what I thought it was!) and fix it. Very reasonable price and we're very happy with the job done.
