Invesigation into damp causing black mould in 2 rooms

Hi, I have a flat in Raynes Park that appears to have damp. I'd like a professional to take a look and let me know whether it is damp and what the cause might be and also what he reccommends as a solution to the problem (including the cost associated with this.) Thanks for your help. Candice
