collapse of part of kitchen ceiling

Interior plaster at the top of window surround in the kitchen has fallen off, leaving exposed brickwork ,and needs repairing, also kitchen flat roof needs examining for damage and leakage as the ceiling collapsed due to water collection between roof and ceiling
