1 Remove existing Bath, Toilet and Wash basin and electric shower unit, and Cloakroom Toilet and Wash basin.
2 Upstairs fit Bath, Toilet and Wash basin + fit electric shower unit.
3 Downstairs cloakroom, fit Toilet and Hand basin.
