Ground floor extension to rear of 1930's semi det house

I have an architects plan prepared that I can send showing full design details. Basically, its a ground floor extension at the side and rear by circa 2 metres to increase the size of the kitchen, create a downstairs W.C and increase the size of the dining room. As part of the works, we need a full rewire of the house and new boiler (and possibly radiators). A kitchen will be supplied, but requires fitting.
