Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the builder. He's the nicest person on the planet, but it appears that the builder is taking on more work than he has workmen for, and my job ended up being sidelined for days on end on various occasions, and with the property in a mess, this was quite stressful. The building material costs spiraled somewhat and I wasn't sure of the clarity there either when it came to accounting for these materials. Additionally, the workmanship was not quite up to par.
