Do work to prevent damp & rising damp problem, may include preventing rainwater in back garden from flowing towards building's brick work.
Must be fully qualified.
Fitting 1 or 2 kitchen cabinets that may have been damaged by damp.
Fix electricity problem which may possibly be caused by damp and causing electric plugs downstairs to keep tripping off. Must be fully qualified electrician
House has rodents - mice/rats and would need to be treated.
