To fit small kitchen

To fit a small kitchen with base units and worktop and a kitchen sink unit and worktop. Floor needs tiling also and maybe some wall tiles by the cooker so if that can be fitted into the same job that's good if not could get someone else to do. At the moment the only thing plumbed in the kitchen is the cooker. There are no exisiting units. Thanks.
