Need to knock a door out through to outside

I need a doorway knocking out through to outside from the basement. Currently there is a window there. some digging and angle grinder work is required. Also some brickwork will be required. There is already a lintel supporting the wall above (the wall above is a bay window on ground level). I will also need steps going from the door to ground level garden.
