Box in bathroom pipes and build/put in shelf door

I am seeking a handyman or carpenter who can box in bathroom pipes neatly and also I have removed an old built in oven and replaced it with a new one. However as the last oven was bigger, this has created a space of around 20cm high above the oven, I would like to have a cupboard door built to create small storage for trays above the cooker. The job is in Wembley Park. I would like competive quotes for fitting and finishing off the wood by painting.
