Full plumbing works for two bedroom house, Mains water suply i already run in to kitchen and all external drainage is all in place.
Spply and fit external condensing boiler preferably Grant
connect boiler to existing oil tank
supply and fit underfloor hating system to ground floor, 50sq metres
supply and fit 3 radiators and 1 towel rail on first floor
supply and fit hot water tank and controls
connect sink bath shower and toilet in bathroom and sink in kitchen.
all pipe work to be done in copper.
house is 10 by 5 meters 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 kitchen 1 living room
basically want full plumbing done 1st and 2nd fix
