General maintenance of entire 2 bed flat

I have a number of jobs that need attending to. This is not an inclusive list: Leak in bathroom /replastering/ retiling as necessary; painting and decorating throughout; replacing rotten window sills; checking flat roof extension for leaks/replacing if required; check outside drains for blockage; check for damp in toilet and bathroom; general garden maintenance including replacement fence panel; other work as necessary
