repair my vokera boiler

vokera linea 735 is the make of my boiler.
the problem is that when i have the central heating turned off and the boiler switched over to Hot water only... the central heaters are still warming up. I believe the divertor valve may be at fault as it used to make a noise before but since the squeeking noise has gone this problem of hot water going into the central heating has started to occur
