Building a downstairs WC - Richard was a pleasure to work with, polite, knowledgable and turned up when he said he would. Listened to our requirements and offered advice and direction. Worked through any problems and kept us informed all the way through. Standard of work was excellent and after the job was completed, when a couple of issues arose, these were resolved quickly and without issue. Will be using him for further jobs soon.
