100% unreliable. We arranged with him to come and quote some work that urgently needed to be done. First time he never advised he would not be coming. We asked him to confirm that morning and 30 min before supposed to arrive said he would not be coming. Second time he left us waiting 30 min and no show. We tried calling and his phone had been disconnected. Unbelievably rude behaviour and not at all professional. Would not advise contacting this person EVER!
