Fit access hatch in kitchen ceiling/sort door surround

Looking for access hatch to be fitted in kitchen ceiling. Something smaller than a loft hatch but will allow access to small loft in single storey roof.
Also looking for a solution to make door surround to garage more even after old kitchen cupboards removed which were cut into door surround.
