L Shaped lounge/dining room (Dining area 2.95m x 2.15m ( 9'9" x 7'0") & Lounge - 5.10 m x 3.05m ( 16'9" x 10'0") ~ one dining room wall is glass so no work required on that wall. Existing paper to be stripped and walls made good/filled. Current skirting and one door frame gloss to be sanded and white glossed. Walls painted one colour, celing to be painted white. 1970s bild good flat walls. Original: Services required: painting, removing wallpaper, Hang new curtain rods x 3
Replace & paint 4 inch piece of skirting
1 x dining room, 1 x lounge/living room
Dining Area - 2.95m x 2.15m ( 9'9" x 7'0")
Lounge - 5.10 m x 3.05m ( 16'9" x 10'0")
L Shaped together
Furniture will be removed, ceilings will need to be painted.
Skirting to be sanded and glossed.
Surfaces are in good repair
I would like some advice before deciding who will supply materials
