Cost to block up a fireplace?
We have a fireplace in in a bedroom that we do not want to remove or refurbish. What is the cheapest method for blocking up a fireplace. Ball-park figure perhaps? Thank you!

A normal opening should only take a couple of hours to block up ready to plaster. Approx cost would be between £70/£100 including materials
