TRV Valves & Automatic Bypass

Hi Everyone I've recently bought some Tado smart radiator thermostats. I've checked my radiators and they're all TRV's (including towel radiator), expect one, which is manual, near the thermostat. I am not necessarily assuming this is a bypass radiator, as it doesn't have fixed valves with two lockshields that you couldn't turn off. This is the main and large vertical radiator for the living room and is one I'd want a Smart Radiator Thermoatat on. I've seen that if you have TRV's on all rads (they're individual smart thermostats for each rad, so no concerns re needing one not as a TRV near the central thermostat), you'd need an automatic bypass valve so not to cause issues with the boiler / CH flow. I had approached some people about this and have asked about elsewhere and got a few different views... One mentioned he didn't think I'd need one, as I have a manual bypass and three port valve which never stop flow. Another said that as I have a manual bypass valve, it just needs to be open just enough to satisfy boiler flow through and then I could have TRV's on all radiators without issue. However, I've also had some views that I should have an automatic bypass valve (I don't have a combi and don't have one built into the current system). I've attached a picture of the current setup. Just wondering people's views on this, before I go ahead and take this advice and put smart TRV's on all my rads and possibly cause some issues! Any help would be appreciated.
