Stain in plywood around base of toilet, especially front
Getting a new bathroom and noticed on installation a wet ring all around the base of the toilet, it was lifted and refitted after two weeks and I noticed two symmetrical dark patches on sub floor where it had been sitting, almost like handprints (couldn't touch to see if felt wet). It dries and only sometimes reappeared, not obvious recurring direct after flushing but more when go in bathroom, wonder what could cause, could see no probs with toilet when lifted inside or underneath, has now been refitted on a different kind of triple ply instead of the old double ply and wondering if this will just conceal problem and soak slower?
Could either be coming from waste pipe or cold water inlet if it is a leak. Advice to keep close eye on it but get a plumber in if the problem persists or gets worse.

It sounds to me that the outlet seal multi quick wasn't changed or was installed incorrectly, also if the toilet is a low level type the flush pipe could be leaking, check the pan connector.
It sounds like you have an hairline crack on your toilet.
Leaking slowly.
The plumber should have checked for leaks under especially if the seals are intact. Check for damps also. A bathroom should have a window and or plus extraction fan.
It sounds like the toilet pan/crock is faulty and needs to be replaced
Sounds like you have no problems from description given. As if Toilet leaking it is usually quite obvious
