“This guy Vasile Pinzar replied to my ad for tiling. I pointed out some plumbing was required before he could proceed. He suggested he would bring along a plumber next visit. New C/heating pipes were laid beneath the concrete and tiles he laid. Five months later water began leaking from beneath the tiling. I contacted him but he was not prepared to correct or make good the mess that he and his plumber created. I intend to take him to court and advise everyone should avoid him. ”
