John Witham and Sons have worked extensively with both Local Authorities dealing with Conversions Maintenance etc and Private Clients
For the last 10 years we have built numerous Extensions Loft Conversions.
We have just completed the build of a House and Landscaped Garden

Answers:

Internal door issue
You need to take the hinges off and than offer up the door into the door frame
mark with a pencil on the door where the door is touching the frame allowing for any even gap all the way around the top and sides of the door
you will than need to plane the door down too the pencil marks
refit hinges and rehang door
