Apprentice joiner NVQ leval 3 since leaving school at 16, worked social and domestically over the years from on new build sites to refurb work and private work. Decided to work for myself from the age of 21 and found all different types of work along the way. Roofing was 1key aspect Iv undertaken during that time.

The water pressure may be too high and require draining. also could be a drainage problem within the area.
1st i would look at just taking the glass out as this would be much quicker and cheaper but to take the whole window frame out and re-fit and seal anything between £100-£200
This doesn’t seem right. i’d prefer to look at this before giving an opinion
