History:
Probuilder has always been a small building contractor offering our services in all aspects of construction work, from garage & loft conversions, Home extensions, bathroom & kitchen installation, plastering & rendering, roofing, brick laying, flooring, joining & damp proofing. The business was established in 2015.

They are on ebay 42mm x 1.78mm or 42mmx4mm.. cost is about £3 each
It isn’t difficult but once’s it’s removed you need to plaster the wall and repair the floor. cost is about £350 + vat
They are responsible. you can claim through their professional indemnity insurance.
It’s a two day job. price with insulation and plastered etc would be around £750 - £900 + vat.
The maintenance of property act allows a scaffolding to be erected and the work completed. there are strict rules. yet neighbour cannot refuse a party wall agreement indefinitely.
