We formed realising collectively our trades coming together would enhance our services to our clientele. We provide all aspects of property development and maintenance.
Our team consists of several qualified site foremen and all trades listed underneath. We build from the architects plans to completion, which includes Groundworkers, bricklayers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, plumbers, tackers, plasterers, painters and decorators, fencing and landscape gardeners.
We can guarantee you a smooth transition of build with minimal interruption and assure you of the highest quality finished build product.

Remove internal wall material to bare stone, build studwork with the capacity to use full fill cavity insulation before reinstalling internal drywall
This answer would vary as it depends on the size of the chimney and how much lead would need to be used, also the cost of scaffolding would need to be incorporated into the price.
I would advise to batten it out and in fill with insulation before adding the osb chipboard
It would vary and depends on the size, whether scaffolding is required and whether licencing for scaffolding is needed ie if it is in a public place as pavement closure would be essential
The mixture was not made strong enough for the strength required or was not laid thick enough, or maybe the ground needed to be reinforced to hold and stop the movement on unsustainable ground. depending on what you specified on the spec before the work was undertaken then they would be obliged to repair or relay the patio depending on the concretes position
