My name is Joseph from Joseph and Sons. Proud father to three hard working boys.
Personally, I have been involved in the painting and decorating world for over 30 years. My dream was to have my own family business with my three boys, and now they have all left school, my dream has become a reality.
Painting has never been a job to me as I enjoy taking something that looks tired / old and battered and rejuvenating it.
We cover all your painting needs, be it a small room to a whole house.
We are hardworking and driven
All our work is guaranteed, and we won't leave a job unless the customer is 100 percent satisfied.

As with any painted wooden surface, we can take it back to bare wood.
it depends on time and the condition of the surface (how many coats of paint has it had in the past and whether it was a good painting job / lumps / runs etc)
if we did not decide to take it back to bare wood, then we would sand out all the indentations and fill any spaces with two-part wood filler to make a nice smooth surface to apply undercoat followed by the paint of your choice - satinwood / eggshell / gloss or semi-gloss.
