Depending on pitch of roof and tiles slate and kent pegs are a pain but a roof ladder will suffice as long as it is not miles of tiles i would do it for £475 no scaffold that's all in as i said as long as its not miles of tiles lol.
Use roof batton or caressing to be fixed on garage walls to take the plasterboard i would put some insulation on your outside walls fit boards and skim it.
