Answers:

Shower tray 600mm x 1600. Do they exist

I do not believe a shower tray of this size can be purchased, the main problem would be the space within the shower area. it would not give enough room for a person to move comfortably.

Flexipipe under floorboards

Flexipipe is not a product used in the plumbing industry, what can be used is plastic pipe which is manufactured by a number of different companies which include hep 2 o, john guest or poly plumb. personally i would recommend hep 2 o as it is a high quality product which cannot be easily taken apart.

Bidet for wall hung toilet

I would recommend a using a hand held bidet hose which can be easily fitted at a low cost causing minimal change.
