It is best to have a flow in the bottom left and the return at the top right to get full flow of heat passing through the radiator. or flow and return in and out of the bottom ports. so long as you have your air pep at the top to fill and vent when filling up. hope this answers your question thanks.
It really depends on how much space you have behind the wall and where the soil stack is positioned. tricky without seeing the area. it doesn’t sound like you could as the frames and the soil pipe requires at least 450mm for each loo.
Your dish washer should be on a cold feed only as the machine heats the water independently.
