Hi, i’m Sean.
An engineer/plumber/electrician.
I wont charge for little 5 minute jobs if you remember me for next time and you are very local.
I am very experienced in home renovations and repairs from changing taps, updating old tired sockets, fitting new kitchens or bathrooms, decking, tiling and most other jobs around the house including appliance repairs.
I also carry out van conversions to create motorhomes to a high standard out of any van passed to me.
Fully insured and very fair with pricing.

Possible blocked strainers. if running on a combi boiler, this could be due to a blocked heat exchanger.
