Hello, my name is Mark and I'm your local Chimney/Stove Sweep & Oddjobz first stop service, based in Longhoughton near Alnwick.
Although my business is recently established, please don't be put off!
I have over 35 years of customer facing experience covering a number of roles. This experience has enabled me to offer my services that are open, honest, professional & reliable.
Alongside chimney sweeping I can also provide an 'oddjobz' service, which essentially is a handyman service. I can undertake a variety of jobs both inside & outside your property to include gardening.
The important thing to express here is that, 'No job is too small'.

it's difficult to answer without really seeing the issue/problem?
are you sure it's the right part number for the shower? as sometimes 'older' units can be different in size to 'newer' versions.
can you supply any photos please?

yes that could be possible, however what are the sizes & dimensions of the item/items in question please?
if it's a large item/order both in size & weight, this could restrict the 1 x man with a van scenario, in which case its probably best to arrange delivery through ikea.

first of all, i'm totally amazed that this wasn't picked up in your house buyers survey?
both your solicitor & surveyor should have picked up on this? usually the seller/vendor has to legally provide information about any structural works/alterations carried out about the property.
i would suggest you ring your local trusted builder for advice & inspection.

you say standard? can you provide any dimensions of the opening please?

what do you want to replace it with? i.e. multi-burner stove, gas fire, electric fire?
