Standard price would be approximately £120 a bay so for 10panels would be approximately £1200 to supply fit and removal of any waste.
It is possible but not ideal as the panel wouldn’t fit the bay correctly. advice would be to remove panel completely and replace with new.
Price to takedown 15m and removal of waste would be approximately £400
Either either can be used. most painters / decorators i know would be willing to paint fences as well.
Approximately cost would be around £400 to remove wall, install fencing and remove all waste from site.
