I’m Terry Sullivan owner of 4BOYS Maintenance Contractors.
4 Boys are My future and would love to have you part of the success.
We are a Kent based company which is a family oriented business. covering the Kent and South East area and cover most trades in and around commercial and Residential maintenance and improvement. We treat each customer or client as they come which enables a bit more flexibility with company policies but not with our Quality. Myself and our team have worked up in average 20yrs in the trade.
I’ve enjoyed working within the construction industry since young and home Improvements was where it attracted me the most as no 2 jobs are the same. We started up together as we all have the experience but the morals of bigger companys and the working ethics were spoiling our passion.
We all seem to have the same amount of passion for detail when it comes to our jobs maybe could be something to do with our pride and word of mouth is a key factor in success nowadays so if we let ourselves slip chances are the word stops and so do we.

History:
I have been a tradesman for 15-18 years now working for various projects within companies that have covered residential and commercial properties. I was working as a contractor that would have works that was planned and also a call out service.
Since being independent I continue to cover all property sectors and hospitality,industrial sector.
My company structure is based around the satisfaction of customers rather than crash through jobs and cut corners. With keeping overheads low our pricing structure is competitive and affordable.
