--> Formed Claymore plumbing after years of practising the craft

Given that the issue is solely associated with one shower alone it’s highly likely to be an issue with the shower valve itself rather than your plumbing system.
possible issues could be a faulty cartridge, faulty non return valves etc.
to truly know what the issue could be, you’d need to have a plumber attend to inspect the existing cartridge, attempt to repair or source a replacement part.
This is a job that must only be conducted by a qualified g3 plumber.
if your tundish is discharging this is a sign that something has gone wrong somewhere on the system and one of the safety valves have opened up.
this isn’t anything to be immediately worried about as the safety valve is doing its job however you’ll need this addressed asap.
